Paul has a team of non-executive directors and advisors to the board, who are all experts from diverse backgrounds from the military and banking to chartered planners and engineers to marketing experts, all of whom bring a wealth of experience to the table. He calls on their advice when necessary to help our clients achieve their goals and become the best they can be.

Paul Booker
Founder and MD
Paul has nigh on half a century of experience in leadership. Over quarter of a century in corporate life, culminating in managing a five thousand strong team through two hundred cost centres and two dozen direct reports with P&L accountability for £â…“ billion sales.
Paul knows what it is like to scale a business, leading a new division from conception to £140 million sales in the first year.
Since 2002 he has created and developed half a dozen businesses, all of which have been 'Blue Ocean' and during this time he has been involved in business development and consulting from helping school students as Chair of Young Enterprise Dorset to Chair of Thatcham Centre of Vocational Excellence for the automotive sector.
Paul founded bionanovate consulting with the goal of helping business leaders and entrepreneurs to ensure their businesses reach their full potential and become leaders in their industries. Paul is passionate about innovation and is dedicated to helping his clients stay ahead of the curve, especially in relation to artificial intelligence (AI) and the pre-requisite for their team to be adaptable. Paul is an AQai practitioner where each team members AQ is measured and from where they can them improve their adaptability to be ready for the exponential change that is upon us.
